Protecting the Alarm Event

 

You can protect or clear alarm event by selecting the 'Protect Alarm Event' of graphic object shortcut menu related to analog/digital.

This function is set when you don't want to display the alarm event screen or alarm message such as <Figure 1> and <Figure 2>.

This function displays the alarm event screen and alarm message etc, when analog/digital value is alarm condition, but it doesn't remain for the data at alarm data view such as <Figure 1>.

<Figure 1> is shown when you set the screen alarm of alarm priority as 'During Alarms' or 'Until Users Confirm'.

And, <Figure 2> is shown when you set the screen alarm, except 'None'.

You can set whether to display alarm message of <Figure 2> and entire alarm occur, at 'Config | Alarm'.

This function not display the data at alarm event window such as <Figure 1>, and save the data about alarm occured.

But, if you set 'Protect Alarm Data' together, it doesn't save the alarm data.
