Writting the Memo
If you select 'File | Write Memo' of LocalMain, dialogue box is shown such as <Figure 1>.

You can send the memo to designated user by entering the items such as Title, Text, Send To.
If you press the
button after setting the above items, Mail Sended dialogue box is shown such
as <Figure 2> and memo is sended to designated user(to receiver).

Reference) In case of specific user who receive the memo, Read Memo dialogue box is opened automatically, when Log In that user.
