Reading the Memo
If you select 'File | Read Memo' of LocalMain, dialogue box is shown such as <Figure 1>.

If you select

after selecting the memo list which you read, you can read the memo such as
<Figure 2>.
You can see the details of memo such as <Figure 3> by selecting the
button.

Reference) In case of specific user who receive the memo, Read Memo dialogue box is opened automatically, when Log In that user.
