This function is used to change the time of data object which is inserted in cell.

Cell Time', you can see the dialogue box such as <Figure 1>.
You can change the cell time by setting the time zone, start/end time, to specified MM/DD/HH etc.

Note) This function change the tag when data object is inserted, and the command of data object needs the time parameter.
In case of there isn't data object or time parameter, cell contents aren't changed.
