You can delete the group by selecting the Delete Group from Group menu or Group short menu.
And if you selecting that button, dialog box will come up, like <Figure 1>.

Notice) If you delete the group, items which in group are deleted, too. These deleted item can't be recoverd. So, you should register the items, again.
