Int id : CsvBlockLoad()나 CsvBlockNew()로 할당한 접속 ID
string bindlist : SQL 연결설정 파일 (스튜디오에서 환경설정|SQL연결설정 에서 설정한 파일)
int pos : 콤마블럭 메모리의 행 위치
반환 값
반환값은 없다.

$Number = $Number+1;
@CsvBlockSet($ID, "ex.txt", $Number);
문장설명 : 현재 태그값을 콤마 블록 메모리에 넣고 다음행의 메모리 값을 태그로 다시 읽어온다.
