This function is used to set the cell border which is related to line type and properties.
If you select the 'Form | Cell | Border' or 'Border' in
cell shortcut menu or icon

Line type : It selects the kinds of lines as above <Figure 1>.

color : It sets the line color by pressing the
button.

thickness : It sets the line thickness by pressing the
button.
Display the border or not
Upside line : It can be set by pressing the 
button or upside line at border display area.
Width center line : It can be set by pressing the 
button or width center line at border display area. It is valid, when rows are
selected more than 2.
Downside line : It can be set by pressing the 
button or downside line at border display area.
Leftside line : It can be set by pressing the 
button or leftside line at border display area.
Height center line : It can be set by pressing the 
button or height center line at border display area. It is valid, when columns
are selected more than 2.
Rightside line : It can be set by pressing the 
button or rightside line at border display area.
Diagonal 1 : It can be set by pressing the 
button.
Diagonal 2 : It can be set by pressing the 
button.
