Changing the Cell Tag

This function is used to change the cell tag for data object.

It is run by selecting the ‘Form | Cell | Cell Tag’ or icon in reporter toolbox.

Notice) This function change the tag when data object is inserted, and the command of data object needs the tag parameter.

     In case of there isn't data object or tag parameter, cell contents aren't changed.
