Solar Inverter is driver to communicate with inverter controller of Hex Power System Co., Ltd, in Korea.

Solar Inverter driver's read schedule
Read schedule setting parameters are as follows :
1) Station - Slot number of device ( 0 ~ 31 ),
2) Read Type - Type of area to read. Don't care ( Fixed to R ) .
3) Read Start Address - Start address of area to read. ( 0 ~ 32767 )
4) Save Start Address for Communication Server - Saving start address for Communication Server.
5) Read Size - Number of data to read. ( 1 ~ 16 )

READ, 1, R, 0, 0, 16,
Solar Inverter communication driver's read value is saved at same address WORD/DWORD/FLOAT memory as same value(Only type of saved value is different).
Reference) Hope to use the data contents by memory of Solar Inverter by referring to Solar Inverter device manual.
If you click the icon in protocol option part at <Figure 1>, you can see the dialog box such as <Figure 2>. you can also set read schedule by using this part.

Digital Write
Digital write setting parameters are as follows:
1) PORT : Communication port number of Solar Inverter device. ( 0 ~ 255, Not COM number )
2) STATION : Slot number of Solar Inverter device. ( 0 ~ 31 )
3) ADDRESS : Memory address to output.
High 3~ 7 digits : WORD address as decimal number,
Sub 1 digit : 0 ~ F bit position.
4) EXTRA 1 : Output command. ( R or fixed to blank )
5) EXTRA 2 : Don't care.
Analog Write
Analog write setting parameters are as follows:
1) PORT : Communication port number of Solar Inverter device. ( 0 ~ 255, Not COM number )
2) STATION : Slot number of Solar Inverter device. ( 0 ~ 31 )
3) ADDRESS : Memory decimal number address to output. ( 0 ~ )
4) EXTRA 1 : Output command. ( R or fixed to blank )
5) EXTRA 2 : Don't care.
Connect basic power and communication cable of Solar Inverter device, as follows.
Basic power connection
Connect basic AC ( 220 V etc) power to LINE terminal of back of Solar Inverter, such as <Figure 4>. ( <Figure 5> is appearance of front of Solar Inverter device )

Connect general RS-232C communication cable to RS-422 terminal of back of Solar Inverter device. (Refer to <Figure 4>)
