Device part of <Figure 1> input Device type(TCP/IP), IP address of PLC(192.168.1.135), service port of TCP/IP protocol ( 6001 ), respectively, according to setting of device.
Reference) IP address, service port number and etc of RHIO 10 device are set by 'RHIO Manager' program which is supported at SENA TECHNOLOGY Corp., Ltd.
SENA RHIO 10 driver's read schedule
Read schedule setting parameters are as follows :
1) Station - Don't care. Set as 0.
2) Read Command - Data type to read.
I/O, ¡¦ = Reading Input/Output(I/O) data.
3) Read Start Address - Don't care. Set as 0.
4) Save Start Address for Communication Server - Saving start address of Communication Server.
5) Read Size - The number of data to read. ( Fixed to 1, Save in order of <Table 1> )
Read schedule example)
READ, 0, I/O, 0, 0, 1,

When you click Add button or Edit button in dialog box of <Figure 2>, dialog box of <Figure 3> is shown.
You can do DO output by using writing settings.
Digital Write
Digital write setting parameters are as follows :
1) Port Connected port number. (Not COM number)
2) Station Station number of device. Don't care. Set as 0.
3) Address If Extra1 is DO, it is DO address between 0 and 9(DO 1 ~ DO 10).
Etc : Don't care. Set as 0.
4) Extra1 Set type to output.
DO : DO output,
SET : Change as Setting mode(there is no output value),
RUN : Change as Run(Default) mode(there is no output value).
5) Extra2 Don't care. Set as blank or 0.
Write example 1)
PORT : 0 STATION : 0 ADDRESS : 0000 EXTRA1 : DO EXTRA2 : Blank
If you set as above and write digital value, you can control(ON/OFF) DO no.1 of SENA RHIO 10 device connected with no.0 port.
Write example 2)
PORT : 0 STATION : 0 ADDRESS : 0005 EXTRA1 : DO EXTRA2 : Blank
If you set as above and write digital value, you can control(ON/OFF) DO no.6 of SENA RHIO 10 device connected with no.0 port.
Analog Write
Analog Write and Digital Write have same setting, output value is only different. But it can't DO output. (Only possible to output DO no.1)
Connect basic power and communication cable of SENA RHIO 10 device, as follows.
Basic power connection
Connect 9 ~ 48 VDC (max 5W) power to PWR-A( + ) PWR-B( - ) terminal of SENA RHIO 10 device.
Communication cable connection
Connect general Ethernet communication cable to RJ-45 Ethernet terminal of SENA RHIO 10 device.
<Figure 4> is example of connecting basic power, communication cable and etc to RHIO 10 device.
