KETT PT-2600 Receive Only communication driver

 

KETT PT-2600 Receive Only communication driver is the driver to communicate with hydrometer controller of Kett Electric Laboratory in Japan.

 

1. Read Settings

 

<Figure 1> is read setting example of KETT PT-2600 Receive Only communication driver.

Device part of  <Figure 1> input Com Port(COM1), Baud Rate(9600), Parity Bit(0), Data Bit(8), Stop Bit(1) respectively, according to controller.

 

Note) Baud rate, parity bit, data bit stop bit of KETT PT-2600 controller are fixed to 9600, 0, 8, 1.

 

KETT PT-2600 Receive Only communication driver read schedule 

Read schedule setting parameters are as follows:

1) Station – Don't care.

2) Read command – Don't care.

3) Read start address –  Don't care.

4) Save start address for Communication Server – Saving start address of Communication Server.

5) Read Size – Fixed to 1.

KETT PT-2600 Receive Only communication driver store the same data in WORD, DWORD, FLOAT memory, but the data format are different.

 

2. Writing settings

KETT PT-2600 Receive Only communication driver don't support 'writing settings'.

 

3. Connection of main power and communication cable

 Connection of main power and communication cable are as follows.

 

Connection of main power

Please connect 220V AC power to main power connector such as <Figure 2>.

Connection of RS-232C communication cable

Please connect RS232C(TX), RS232C(G) connector of KETT PT-2600 and 3(Rx), 5(Ground) of computer such as <Figure 4>.

 Note) RS-232C cable of PT-2600 controller can connect 2 line.( read only controller )

 

 Connection of temperature and humidity equipment

Please connect temperature and humidity equip to Probe( Brown, Yellow, Green, Red, White, Black, Sealed ) of KETT PT-2600 controller.
