JARADA MOSAIC communication driver 

JARADA MOSAIC communication driver is the driver to communicate with mosaoc controller of Jarada Co., Ltd. in Korea.

1. Read Settings

<Figure 1> is read setting example of JARADA MOSAIC communication driver.

Device part of  <Figure 1> input Com Port(COM1), Baud Rate(9600), Parity Bit(0), Data Bit(8), Stop Bit(1) respectively, according to controller.

Baud rate, Parity bit, Data, bit, Stop bi of JAIME 1000 Printer can cnange by usnig operation switch.

2. Writing settings

You can write value the JARADA MOSAIC controller by using write settings.

Digital Write

Digital write setting parameters are as follows:

1)  PORT                   Port no. (0 ~ 255)

2)  STATION             0 ~ 89 card number of controller.

3)  ADDRESS           0 ~ 63 Lamp data address.

4)  Extra1                   Writing method or color setting.

M – Data writing at memory.

OFF – LAMP OFF,

FRED – RED FLICKER,

FYEL – YELLOW FLICKER,

FGRE – GREEN FLICKER,

RED – RED ON,

YEL – YELLOW ON,

GRE – GREEN ON,

space or ... – Lamp output according to color of 'Extra2'.

5)  Extra2                  Setting of lamp color.

RST - don't care,

0 – LAMP OFF,

1 – RED FLICKER,

2 – YELLOW FLICKER,

3 – GREEN FLICKER,

4 – RED ON,

5 – YELLOW ON,

6 – GREEN ON.

Write example 1)

PORT:0,  station:0, ADDRESS:0002, Extra1:,  Extra2 : 4

The setting parameter shown above is a lamp On(Red color), Off example for 2( 3rd ) address.

Analog Write

Analog write setting parameters are as follows:

1)  PORT                   Port no. (0 ~ 255)

2)  STATION             0 ~ 127 card number of controller.

3)  ADDRESS           0 ~ 19 meter point number.

4)  Extra1                   Method of output.

M, B – Lamp output,

space or ... – Meter output.

5)  Extra2                  Decimal point when meter output.

0 – Don't use decimal point,

1 ~ 3 – 1 ~ 3 decimal point.

Write example 1)

PORT:0,  station:0, ADDRESS:0000, Extra1:,  Extra2 : 2

The setting parameter shown above is a meter output setting example for 0 meter address with 2 decimal point.

Note) Please input interger unit for output value.

Write example 2)

PORT:0,  station:0, ADDRESS:0063, Extra1:B,  Extra2 : 6

The setting parameter shown above is a lamp On(Green color), Off example for 63( 63rd ) address.
