HD-2200 Integrator & Batch Counter communication driver is the driver to communicate with Multi Integrator & Batch Counter controller of ISM Co,. Ltd. in Korea.

Device part of <Figure 1> input Com Port(COM1), Baud Rate(19200), Parity Bit(0), Data Bit(8), Stop Bit(1) respectively according to setting of controller.
Note) Baud Rate, Parity Bit, Data Bit, Stop Bit of HD-2200 Integrator & Batch Counter controller are fixed to 19,200, 0, 8, 1.
HD-2200 Integrator & Batch Counter communication driver read schedule
Read schedule setting parameters are as follows:
1) STATION – Controller station number = 0 ~ 99.
2) Read command – Read command = 10, 11, 12, HD6000. ( refer to <Table 1> )
3) Read start address – Don't care.
4) Save start address for Communication Server – saveing start address of Communication Server.
5) Read size - Read size = fixed to 1.( always read 5 data, refer to <Table 2> )

HD-2200 Integrator & Batch Counter communication driver store the same data in WORD, DWORD, FLOAT memory, but the data format are different.
If you click the icon in protocol option part, you can see the dialogue box such as <Figure 2>. you can also set read schedule by using this part.

You can set read schedule by using , , button and listbox of <Figure 2>.

When you click Add button or Edit button in dialogue box of <Figure 2>, dialogue box of <Figure 3> is shown.
HD-2200 Integrator & Batch Counter communication driver don't support 'Writing settings'.
Connection of main power and communication cable are as follows.
Connection of main power
Please connect 85 ~ 264V 50/60HZ AC main power to 12, 13 connector such as <Figure 4>.
<Figure 5>, <Figure 6> are appearance of HD-2200 and HD-6000 controller.

Connection of communication cable
Please connect RS-485 communication cable to 1, 2 connector such as <Figure 4>.

Station number of HD-2200 Integrator & Batch Counter controller can set by using front panel's operation button such as follows.
1) Press 'M' button, then will be 'On' Sum value LED.
2) Press 'STP' and 'RUN' button at the same time. Then will be displayed 'type setting' menu.
3) Please 'M' button continuously until the 'Addr' shown.
4) Please set address by using 'STP', 'RUN' button.
5) Press 'RST/SET' button, then return to normal mode.
