Genius GT-400 Pressure Controller communication driver is the driver to communicate with pressure controller of Genius Technologies Co., Ltd. in Korea.
Note) Genius GT-400 Pressure Controller communication driver normally set Read after waiting time and Write after waiting time about 50 m Sec.

Device part of <Figure 1> input Com Port(COM1), Baud Rate(9600), Parity Bit(0), Data Bit(8), Stop Bit(1) respectively according to setting of controller.
Also you can set 'Read after waiting time'( 0 ~ 2000, default = 50 (mSec)) and 'Write after waiting time'( 0 ~ 2000, default = 50 (mSec)) by using option part.
Genius GT-400 Pressure Controller communication driver read schedule
Read schedule setting parameters are as follows:
1) STATION – Fixed to 0.(Don't care)
2) Read command – Command = SP, GAIN, LEAD, PRES, POS, STATUS, ACTION, CONT. ( Refer to <Table 1> )
3) Selection of A~E set point – Selection of A~E set point when SP, GAIN, LEAD read command.
SP, GAIN, LEAD read command : 1 ~ 5 = A ~ set point,
other command = Don't care.
4) Save Start Address for Communication Server – saveing start address of Communication Server.
5) Read Size – Fixed to 1. ( Refer to <Table 1> )

Genius GT-400 Pressure Controller communication driver store the same data in WORD, DWORD, FLOAT memory, but the data formats are different.
If you click the icon in protocol option part, you can see the dialogue box such as <Figure 2>. you can also set read schedule by using this part.

You can set read schedule by using , , button and listbox of <Figure 2>.
Also you can set Read after waiting time and Write after waiting time at the part of ¡®Read After Wait Time¡¯ and ¡®Write After Wait Time¡¯ shown in <Figure 2>.

When you click Add button or Edit button in dialogue box of <Figure 2>, dialogue box of <Figure 3> is shown.
You can write setting value by using write settings.
Digital Write
Digital write and Analog write have the same setting parameters except output value(0 or 1).
Analog Write
Analog write setting parameters are as follows:
1) PORT Port no. (0 ~ 255)
2) STATION Fixed to 0.(Don't care)
3) ADDRESS Selection of A~E set point when SP, GAIN, LEAD read command. ( Refer to <Table 2> )
SP, GAIN, LEAD write command : 1 ~ 5 = A ~ set point,
other command = Don't care.
4) Extra1 Write command = SP, GAIN, LEAD, ACTION, PATTERN, CONT. ( Refer to <Table 2> )
5) Extra2 Don't care.

Connection of communication cable
Please connect RS-232C communication cable to RS-232C socket of Genius GT-400 Pressure Controller such as <Figure 4>.
