DS-3700-4A/6A Communication Driver is the driver to communicate with electronic display board controller of D&A Analogtec in Korea.
<Figure 1> is read setting example of DS-3700-4A/6A communication driver.
<Figure 1> Read setting example of DS-3700-4A/6A communication driver |
Device part of <Figure 1> input Com Port(COM1), Baud Rate(9600), Parity Bit(0), Data Bit(8), Stop Bit(1) respectively, according to setting of controller.
Also you can set 'delay time of write packet' (mSec unit, default = 10) by using option part.
DS-3700-4A/6A communication driver¡¯s read schedule
DS-3700-4A/6A communication driver's read schedule input 'READ' one line.
Read schedule example)
READ,
You can write the setting value by using write settings.
Digital Write
DS-3700-4A/6A communication driver don't support bit write.
Analog Write
Analog write setting parameters are as follows:
1) PORT Port no. (0 ~ 255)
2) STATION DS-3700-4A/6A controller station number = 0 ~ 31.
3) ADDRESS Don't care.
4) Extra1 Controller type of DS-3700 = 4A(default), 6A.
5) Extra2 Decimal point = 0 ~ 3.
0 : don't use decimal point,
1 : 1 digit decimal point,
2 : 2 digit decimal point,
3 : 3 digit decimal point.
Write example 1)
PORT : 0 , Station:1, Address:0000, Extra1: , Extra2: 0,
The setting parameter shown above is an number write example of DS-3700 4A model without decimal point.(station number = 1)
Write example 2)
PORT : 0 , Station:3, Address:0000, Extra1: , Extra2: 1,
The setting parameter shown above is an number write example of DS-3700 4A model with 1 decimal point.(station number = 3)
Write example 3)
PORT : 0, Station:10, Address:0000, Extra1: 6A, Extra2: 2,
The setting parameter shown above is an number write example of DS-3700 6A(6 digit number data display) model with 2 decimal point.(station number = 10)
Note) DS-3700-4A/6A controller station number can set by using Dip switch 1 ~ 5.
Setting example) 1 ~ 5 Dip open : station number = 0,
1 ~ 5 Dip short : station number = 31.
Note) DS-3700-4A/6A controller's decimal point can set by using Dip switch 6, 7, 8.
Dip 6 short = 1 digit decimal point,
Dip 7 short = 2 digit decimal point,
Dip 8 short = 3 digit decimal point,
Dip 6, 7, 8 open = don't use decimal point.
