DACELL DN-10W Communication Driver is the driver to communicate with load cell controller of DaCell in Korea.

Device part of <Figure 1> input Com Port(COM1), Baud Rate(9600), Parity Bit(0), Data Bit(8), Stop Bit(1) respectively.
DACELL DN-10W controller can set baud rate, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, but parity bit, data bit, stop bit are fixed to 0, 8, 1.
DACELL DN-10W communication driver¡¯s read schedule
Read schedule setting parameters are as follows:
1) STATION – Controller address = 1 ~ 32.
2) Read Command – Command = P( Read of current value).
3) Read Start Address – Don't care.
4) Save start address for Communication Server – Saving start address of Communication Server.
5) Read Size – Fixed to 1. ( read one FLOAT data )

DACELL DN-10W communication driver store the same data in WORD, DWORD, FLOAT memory, but the data formats are different.
If you click the icon in protocol option part, you can see the dialogue box such as <Figure 2>. you can also set read schedule by using this part.

You can set read schedule by using , , button and listbox of <Figure 2>.

When you click Add button or Edit button in dialogue box of <Figure 2>, dialogue box of <Figure 3> is shown.
You can control Hold, Zero, etc by using write settings.
Bit Write
Bit write setting parameters are as follows:
1) PORT Port no. (0 ~ 255)
2) STATION Controller address = 1 ~ 32.
3) ADDRESS Don't care.
4) Extra1 Write command = H : setting of Hold, R : reset of Hold, Z : setting of Zero.
5) Extra2 Don't care.
Write example 1)
PORT : 0 STATION : 1 ADDRESS : 0000 EXTRA1 : H EXTRA2 : 0
The setting parameter shown above is an example of Hold setting to 1 DACELL DN-10W controller address.
Write example 2)
PORT : 0 STATION : 1 ADDRESS : 0000 EXTRA1 : Z EXTRA2 : 0
The setting parameter shown above is an example of Zero setting to 1 DACELL DN-10W controller address.
Word Write
Word write and bit write have the same setting parameters except output value.
Connection of communication cable and main power line are as follows.

You have to connect DACELL DN-10W's TXD, RXD connector and +, - connector of computer side RS-485.

Connection of main power line
Please connect 220 V AC main power line to 'AC IN' connector.
Setting of controller address and baud rate are as follows.
Setting of controller address
You can set controller address of DACELL DN-10W by using front operation button.
1) Press 'F' button 3 seconds. Then, the mode is changed to 'setting mode'.
2) Select 'id-no' by using 'UP' button.
3) Press 'E' button.
4) Select 1 ~ 32 controller address by using 'UP'( add address), "DOWN'(subtract address) button.
5) Press 'E' button. ( save selected controller address )
6) Press 'F' button. Then, the mode is changed to 'measurement mode'.
Setting of baud rate
You can set baud rate of DACELL DN-10W by using front operation button.
1) Press 'F' button 3 seconds. Then, the mode is changed to 'setting mode'.
2) Select '_baud' by using 'UP' button.
3) Press 'E' button.
4) Select 002.40(2400), 004.80(4800), 009.60(9600), 019.20(19200) baud rate by using 'UP', "DOWN' button.
5) Press 'E' button. ( save selected baud rate )
6) Press 'F' button. Then, the mode is changed to 'measurement mode'.
